Excerpt from the chapter The Fourth Key - Have Faith in the Support of the Invisible Realms:
Because we have become locked into a narrow vibratory bandwidth, we have lost sight of (the invisible realms). By rekindling our faith in their existence, we begin to open up the old inter-dimensional doorways that once upon a time were open to us....
Today we feel that the inside of our mind is private and completely disconnected, on the subtle energetic level, from the world around us....
Most importantly, we have lost the ability to discern cause and effect, and to see how the mind directly causes the actions that lead to most of the effects we see outside of us.

Vipassana Meditation
Vipassana, which means "to see things as they really are," is one of the world's most ancient techniques of meditation. It was taught by the Buddha more than 2500 years ago as a universal remedy for universal ills, i.e., an art of living.
The technique of Vipassana Meditation is taught at ten-day residential courses during which participants learn the basics of the method, and practice sufficiently to experience its beneficial results.
There are no charges for the courses -- not even to cover the cost of food and accommodation. All expenses are met by donations from people who, having completed a course and experienced the benefits of Vipassana, wish to give others the opportunity to also benefit.
For more information, or to locate the next course nearest you, go to the Vipassana Meditation website.
